6. All shipments have a minimum shipping and handling charge of $5.95 added (domestic USA lower 48 states only).
7. Shipments to CA, OR, WA, AZ, NV, UT, ID are charged $6.95 minimum Shipping and handling.
8. Shipments of 2 pounds or less (1 pint) are normally shipped by Priority Mail.
9. Shipments larger than 2 pounds (2 pints) are normally shipped by UPS-Ground.
10. Larger shipments (over 11 pints) may be charged additional shipping and handling.
11. We can ship by other methods including Next Day Air if desired. We will pre-pay the freight and charge the amount to you.
12. All Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, PR, VI, and Marianas shipments have a minimum shipping and handling charge of USD 10.00 added and are shipped Priority Mail. Larger shipments (over 11 pints) may be charged additional shipping and handling.
13. All Canadian shipments have a minimum shipping and handling charge of USD 7.50 added (1 pint) or $17.50 (2 pints or more) and are shipped Air Parcel Post. Larger shipments (over 11 pints) may be charged additional shipping and handling.
14. UPS-COD orders are possible in the USA. Add $6.00 and allow an additional 4 to 5 days. These orders must be paid for by money order. Sorry, no checks except in advance -- we've been burnt!
15. Allow 5 to 7 days (longer for West Coast) for UPS shipping time. See our UPS Shipping Map for more information.
16. International shipments will have freight charges quoted. Please indicate desired shipping time so we can get you proper freight quotes. We most commonly ship by Air Parcel Post, but can use Surface Parcel and common courier services such as UPS and DHL. Air Parcel Post costs are given below. Common values for 4 pints are as follows:
    • Western Europe -- 2 to 3 weeks: USD 30.00 to 40.00
    • Central and Pacific Europe -- 2 to 3 weeks: USD 40.00
    • Central and South America -- 2 to 3 weeks: USD 40.00
    • Africa -- 2 to 3 weeks: USD 50.00
    • East Asia and Australia -- 2 to 3 weeks: USD 45.00
17. We cannot ship to countries which are embargoed by the United States.
18. Note: Bottles are filled by weight, not volume. Each pint weighs 1.1 pounds (0.5 kg).
19. The ink will freeze solid if left in low temperatures and on some flights. This is not a problem. Simply warm slowly to room temperature and shake well before using.
